I've heard of both of those monsters. The Beast of Bray Road is likely a werewolf, which is what one of the starter cryptid monsters evolves into.

Yes to all three of the cryptids you mentioned. I will also include nearly all of the lesser-known cryptids as well, such as Zaratan.
Technically, extinct species that are rumored to still be alive are also cryptids, so creatures such as Megalodon and Burrunjor will be in the game as well.
