The Void is a plane of nothingness, no obstacles or anything. It's just you and your opponent.
omega88x and DamnedByFate both get serious right from the very start by activating their new forms.
omega88x is now in his form that he got from fighting Cell and DamnedByFate is in his form he got from fighting God.
omega88x charges up the most massive pyro-kamehameha he's ever done, while DamnedByFate charges up the most massive Super P3n0r Attack he's ever done, but instead of a physhical p3n0r it's a p3n0r made entirely out of ki energy.
Then they release their attacks at each other at the same time.
However, only one of them didn't break a sweat and actually broke his opponent's attack by slicing through it like a knife on butter.
