Battle Zone: Bowser's Castle

And the identity of the final boss is..... Deadpool?!
Me: Deadpool, why the Hell are you at Bowser's Castle?
Deadpool: Mr. King-of-always-getting-my-ass-handed-over-by-the-red-guy-with-the-mustache owes me some money I lent him, so I came right over.
Me: Why would Bowser borroe money from you of all people?
Deadpool: Eh, he likes me for my fourth-wall breaking humor, while his minions hate me for it. He asked to borrow money from me because he's low on funds from his castle getting damaged all the time by Mario. Ah screw it, I'm bored, let's fight! This is what the interested members of Newgrounds are waiting for, right? Then let's give them a show they'll never forget!
Me: I'll let my champion, DamnedByFate, do the fighting for me.
DamnedByFate appears and both him and Deadpool get ready to battle.
Deadpool: Just like in Death Battle, FIGHT!
DamnedByFate punches Deadpool in the mouth
Deadpool: Watch it! I'm the merc with a mouth for a reason! I don't wanna become the merc without a mouth!
DamnedByFate: *Evil Laugh* That can be arranged!
DamnedByFate rips out Deadpool's voicebox, rendering him unable to speak for a while.
DamnedByFate uses his ki p3n0rs on Deadpool, but Deadpool regenerates just as quickly as DamnedByFate can harm him.
DamnedByFate then snatches one of Deadpool's swords that he dropped during the battle, not knowing that particular sword was the one that can cancel healing factors (yes, that sword is canon).
DamnedByFate then slices Deadpool up with the sword, but this time Deadpool does not recover from it at all. Instead, Deadpool simply rots away. To make sure he stays dead, DamnedByFate sets Deadpool's remains on fire.

Game Overlord: I knew it was a good idea for me to sit this one out.
Mysterious Minion: Why is that, sir?
Game Overlord: Because for one, this year's User Icon Battle was too pathetic for my tastes. I battle strong opponents, not weaklings! Second, I was on vacation at Khorne's place, so I honed my battle skills while I was there.
Mysterious Minion: So... what are you going to do for the next User Icon Battle?
Game Overlord: I'm going to send in... you as the main antagonist for the 3rd Annual User Icon Battle.
Mysterious Minion: Consider it done. My circuits has been itching for some innocents to terrorize.
Game Overlord: Don't get too ahead of yourself. I may have modelled you after several different evil robots but that doesn't mean that you have to do the same mistakes they made.
Mysterious Minion: I already took that into account. I made sure that I'd be much more competent than all five of my precursors.
Game Overlord: Now go and make your leader proud, my apprentice! Since I just created you last month, you still don't have an official name yet. What name do you want to go by?
Mysterious Minion: For now, I'll take on the name of the project that created me until further notice.
Mysterious Minion: You may call me... Agent-X.
