The terms of use is referring to submissions, not news posts. There are other full Pokemon Movies on YouTube that has been on there for quite some time. I'm just trying to upload all of the pokemon movies onto newsposts. I don't know what's been truly pirated and what's not, only YouTube can decide that. If this turns out to be pirated, I'll delete it.
