Seems like an interesting idea. I can see why there would be males in both slots considering the lack of powerful females in DBZ. But wouldn't it make more sense to pair the districts with people who come from similar places or work well together? Example, android 17 and 18. Tien and Chiaotzu. King Cold and Frieza. It would be a little unrealistic for groups like Trunks and King Cold to be picks of a district together.
