FAQ About My Archives

Posted by TheGamechanger - February 9th, 2015

Q: Why the heck do you make so many news posts at a quick rate?

A: I have to keep constantly making news posts about each of my archives, especially video game music and movie/tv show music.  Otherwise I risk falling behind on the releases of new game and movies.  I haven't even scraped the tip of the iceberg yet, that's how far behind I am!

Q: How do you decide which game music or movie music to do next?

A: I always try to do the franchises that I love first, and every time some friends me and/or becomes a fan of me, I check out their profile just to see what video games and movies they like.  That helps me decide which game/movie to do next.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: When do you think that your archives will be finished?

A: I honestly have no idea, but I can confirm that the movie and tv show archive and the video game music archive will never be truly finished, for there's always new games, moves, and tv shows coming out each year.  The rest of my archives will be finished in at least a year.

Q: What makes your game and movie music archives so different than the game and movie music channels on YouTube?

A: All of those video game and movie music YouTube channels are missing at least important game or movie music OST that their channel doesn't cover, and that's the main reason why I created the video game music archive and the movie and tv show music archive.  Both of those archives are basically a convergence of all the game, movie, and tv show music that can be found on YouTube.  Additionally, unlike YouTube channels, my archives aren't likely in danger of being deleted due to copyrights and legal issues.  The only one who's allowed to delete my news post is me, and I have zero intention on doing that!

Q: If you ever died, what do you want Newgrounds to do with your inactive account?

A: When the time comes, I want someone to follow in my footsteps.  I want someone to eventually take over my account once I'm no longer alive and continue to work on the archives the same way I've been doing.  Of course, the biggest problem is actually finding someone like that!  Besides, I'm definately not going to pass away anytime soon, I reckon that I have at least a good 80 years left in this body.  All I ever want is to leave behind a lasting legacy that I can be proud of, and be remembered in a positive light.
